Beginner's Courses
If after the couple of free Taster sessions we offer you, the bug bites and you do want to look to become a member and take of the great sport of Archery. The we will offer a Beginner's course. These do incur a fee.
Beginners Courses are as directed by and modelled on the course as layed out by
Our Coaching Team will however add our own flourish on them and tailor them towards the person and their ability more.

The courses are run over the period of 2- 3 weekends, as they tend to be 3 hour sessions. Normally 6 sessions in 2 hour blocks, but flexible.
Our Coaches will go into much more detail about archery and will focus on getting you to learn the basics of the stance and shooting/scoring. And will also let you experience other types of Bow and styles of archery, so that you have an informed choice of 'your' style.

Once completed successfully, you will then be able to register with Archery GB, either as a new member with us, or another club. Naturally, we would hope to keep you, but once registered, you can viait other clubs and normally for a small fee, shoot with them.
We DO NOT recommend you purchase any equipment other than accessories for at least the first 6 months of regular training, we can provide a school bow for training purposes.
